16 July 2009 13 Comments

Well – the day we have all been waiting for passed… and we now have the Build a Niche Store Guide, aka Number 1 Way to Make Money Online, in our hands! This review is going to walk through what you CAN and CANNOT expect to find in the guide…

As many recall, I am developing a website using this guide, and up until August 15th 31st, 09, you can enter to win the website when the process is completed! The site will be awarded by random drawing on October 15th, 2009

Build a Niche Store Guide Review

There has never been a shortage of guides online, telling you how to Make Money Online in the shortest, longest, or just about EVERY other path or length of time you can imagine! What is lacking in most of them however, is an exact and Step by Step methodology, using real world examples, showing you a real world website, from someone who has actually SUCCEEDED in the internet marketing arena!

The Number 1 Way To Make Money Online Guide does just That!

  • Uses Real World Examples of Research!
  • Relates those Examples to an Active, Browsable Website!
  • Discusses the Triggers and Reasons WHY They Targeted Specific Products!
  • Shows HOW They Structured Their Content for Sales and Buyers!
  • Explains How to Use Both BANS and phpBay to Achieve the Goals!
  • Talks About How and When to Repeat the Process!
  • Shares Estimates of How Much You can Expect to Earn!

Who is the Guide For?

Truthfully, I have been in Website design and Internet Marketing since the mid 90’s, and it is uber-rare for ANY successful person to share the exact methods they use to earn a living online, including myself!

While I don’t expect many of you will hear anything new in the form of tips or tricks within this guide, what you WILL definitely learn are several proven techniques and a proven methodology to achieve results!

The Build a Niche Store Guide is Perfect for:

  • Internet Marketing Infants – you are just starting out!
  • Below Average Niche Store Builders who have found little success!
  • Average Affiliate Site Builders who need to set a plan in action and learn to follow that plan with each new site.
  • Joe-JumpAround Site Builders who need a strategic and methodical approach to niche site building.
  • Advanced Affiliate Site Builders, who want an inside view to how a Successful Team is already doing it!

Who The Guide is NOT For!

Plain and simple… if you are already earning hundreds of dollars with each one of your affiliate websites, consistently and repeatedly every month, this guide may hold nothing of value for you.

If you can launch a new Niche Site and have a steady trickle of $5/month, per page on your website, this guide may not be for you. (ex: 20 page site earns an average $100/month)

Build a Niche Guide Review Summary

In my brief review of the guide, I found several things that even I do not do repeatedly on every new site I decide to build. Whether its lack of focus on the goals during the planning stage, lack of IMPORTANT content during the development stage, or simply moving on and forgetting site during the growth stages of the guide, there was truly some helpful practices within, that I hope will help me overcome some of my own shortcomings.

At the introductory price of $24.95 – its well worth your money and time to read this guide!

Pros and Cons of the Guide

Pros of the BANS Guide

  • Precicely laid out and easy to follow!
  • Step by Step with clear examples and real world examples!
  • No Bull information about Keywords and Phrases!
  • Not overly littered with Affiliate links to other programs you have to buy to succeed!

Cons of the Guide

  • While I LOVED the layout of the tabbed interface – I HATED the constant font changes!
  • While its not 100% BANS Focused, it is definitely flavored for the Build a Niche Store user more than any other. A few more static site, or phpbay examples would have helped more.

The content is worth the price. The methodology and the process will produce results if followed. I would like to have had a guide that was more user friendly, since printing the pages doesn’t result in a manual that is easily used off line. I would like to see a way to download the content so it is usable offline. It would have been a welcome change to see another site used as an example since the Golf Club site is becoming a little stale if you have been around BANS for awhile, but considering it is probably the most instructive example it’s use is understandable. This guide may set the stage for others to develop materials keyed to the steps in this guide which expand on the topic’s of a particular step. Bottom line the authors have done a good thing!!

    @ Gerry –

Good to hear from you! I agree that its worth the initial offering price for just about everyone who has struggled with niche building.

I was telling someone else, it has been a great refresher for myself, getting me to pay closer attention to some of the stuff I have been neglecting!

Hi Mark, I bought Bans well over a year ago and set up one site very poorly. It’s now just sitting there making a few pennies every month or so and I was just about to cancel my hostgator account and concentrate on my other activities when this new offer came in front of me.

Well perhaps I’m a real sucker but i thought if i’ve got any chance at all of learning more about this game and turning my Bans loss into a bit of profit then I need to have another go, so I bought it for what I reckon is a real bargain if i can get it to work for me. My trouble with internet marketing to date, is when I don’t understand something and ask for help the answers I receive just seem more complicated, so I shove it all under the carpet and forget about it.

Glad to hear you have a good word for the course and it does seem to be right up my street going by your list stated above.

    All the best
    Trevor

    @ Trevor –

Glad to hear you are giving it another go! I am preparing the contest site for this now and should have some posts churning out by the middle of next week on how I am following along, what I am doing, and how the guide is helping or lacking for me along the way!

Hit the contest link in the main nav and get in the drawing for the niche site givaway as well… you may just end up with a completed site to get restarted!

    Thanks for coming along,

    Mark

I’ve bought it and read a few pages and am hooked already! I have a few BANS sites up, only one does anything (£50 / month) which means I have a way to go yet! This guide looks like being the map I need.

I just read your post from 11:04am EDT when I got home from work after being out of town for a death in the family for the last several days. Your post said the price would go up TOMORROW but I just came to get it and the price is ALREADY changed. So why tell people to hurry up when it is already too late? I must say that I expected more after reading your posts for so long.

The price has been changed back to the original $24.95. Lucky for me who could not get my copy in time.

I have a few BANs sites which I have given up on. Im looking forward to see how this manual will guide me. Hopefully it will rejuvinate (sp?) my efforts.

Just a heads up on your domain name… check the latest TOS for ePN, to make sure you are in compliance.

    Hello Mark,

Reading umpteen sites re earning money online, I found your site to be — the most comprehensive, straightforward, content rich, sincerely helpful, among other accolades. (No offense to others; I have not read every site.) Today, 1/16/10, N1Way’s price is $34, which is OK if it delivers its promise. This will be my first website of any kind and I have sold nada online. So, I am a good test for N1Way, thanks to your writing for generating enthusiasm and a degree of confidence. (I am aware that batteries (elbow grease) are not included.) BTW. At first, I was deterred, thinking that N1Way was limited to eBay, because it is not prudent to tether to any one star no matter how bright. I hope I am correct that N1Way supports any affiliate program. Thanks again. L.Sabik
